Wow! What a FUN day today at the South Silver Spring Block Party! I heard rumors of bad weather but it was an absolutely perfect day! I managed to get a booth spot near the stage with plenty of hoop space around. From jazz to poetry to youth rock bands, the day was chock full of entertainment! The hula hoops were also in high demand as everyone got their hoop groove on. Congrats to the South Silver Spring Neighborhood Association for a successul first annual block party!!
