Wow, has it really been a month since I last posted about the world of Miss Joule? Well, I did go to Costa Rica and that was an absolute blast! A yoga retreat in the mountains with fabulous people. I treated myself to a hot stone massage, a watsu session (like shiatsu in the water), and a myofascial release session. All my worries and tension melted away and now I'm ready for the hustle and bustle of summer time!
